Vicky qualified as a Solicitor in November 2008 after completing the LPC at the College of Law London. Vicky’s training areas were Civil/Commercial Litigation, Criminal Law and Personal Injury. Vicky also undertook pro bono work as part of her training contract.

Vicky joined Maddersons in June 2011 after having worked in an in-house bulk debt recovery position for the last 10 years where she successfully managed the in-house legal department for five years. She has been involved in developing new processes, one example was trialing bulk charging order centre’s with various County Courts in England.

Vicky has gained extensive experience in all aspects of debt recovery work, including but not limited to issuing proceedings, enforcement, preparing for trial, bankruptcy and winding-up petitions. In addition, Vicky’s experience expands into the realms of civil litigation, which she also has extensive experience of and is continuing with here at Maddersons.
