Many people are unsure when and if they have a claim for unfair
dismissal and it all very much depends on the facts of each individual
case.

of your case qualify to bring a claim (i.e. have you been in continuous
employment with the same employer (or new employer, if you were
subject to a TUPE transfer) for 1 year). If so, you have met the
first hurdle.
We then assess the events leading up to dismissal

you may have been unfairly dismissed and therefore, your eligibility
to submit a complaint to the Employment Tribunal.
