Unfair Dismissal


Many people are unsure when and if they have a claim for unfair dismissal and it all very much depends on the facts of each individual case.

Our Solicitors will look to see whether the facts of your case qualify to bring a claim (i.e. have you been in continuous employment with the same employer (or new employer, if you were subject to a TUPE transfer) for 1 year). If so, you have met the first hurdle.

We then assess the events leading up to dismissal and provide you with practical and straight talking advice on whether you may have been unfairly dismissed and therefore, your eligibility to submit a complaint to the Employment Tribunal.
