Upon receipt of your instructions, we will locate the Deeds to your
property and will thereafter prepare a Draft Contract, which will
be sent to the Buyer’s Solicitors for approval.
The Buyer’s Solicitors will then raise several
enquiries regarding your property and it is likely that we will
require further information from you in order to respond to the
same.
Once both parties are ready, we will Exchange Contracts
with the Buyer’s Solicitors. We will then arrange for any
Mortgager of the property to be paid and will deal with any further
enquiries that the Buyer’s Solicitor may have.
On the day of completion, we will ensure that the
funds due from the Buyer’s Solicitors is received, pay off
any mortgages and provide the Deeds to the Buyer’s Solicitor.
We will then pay any monies due to you, after deducting any commission
payable to Estate Agents.
