Maxine Madderson gained her early legal
experience working for a niche firm in the SW1 area of London.
It was here that Maxine learnt the importance of building
a good relationship between client and Fee Earner, as well
as the benefits of offering a tailor-made service to each
of her clients. It was with this thought in mind that Maxine
established Maddersons in 2002.
Maxine has since continued to ensure that
her firm stood out from the crowd in providing a highly
professional and personal service to her clients. It is
this practice that sees Maddersons’ clients returning
to the firm time and time again.
Maxine’s own area of expertise is
Civil Litigation, with her caseload ranging from commercial,
building or contractual disputes right through to debt actions,
neighbour and boundary disputes. Maxine also specialises
in dealing with Service Charge claims, both on behalf of
Tenants and Landlords and is fully conversant with the procedures
in the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal.
Maxine is also a member of the Association
of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and has vast experience
in obtaining compensation for Personal Injury clients, meaning
that Maxine understands the trauma experienced by her clients
both during and after an accident and the need to help them
get back on their feet.
