Martin Miller qualified as a Solicitor in 1984, after having studied Law at the University of East London. Martin has since gained vast experience in a number of areas of Law, working as a senior Solicitor in City based law firms and Partner in two London West End firms prior to joining the Maddersons team as a Consultant in January 2010 and Partner in 2011.

Martin specialises in all aspects of Commercial Property, Commercial Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Employment Law, bringing his extensive knowledge and leadership skills to head our Commercial Property Department.

Outside the office, Martin is a keen Squash player and is a member of the Law Society Squash team as well as Captain of a Squash team in his local area. Martin’s active role on the Squash court extends to his role inside the office and his active case management, keeping clients regularly updated on the progress of their matters.
