Marilyn maintains a friendly and helpful
attitude towards clients, both over the phone and in person
as our Receptionist. Marilyn is always happy to help and
can put clients through to the relevant Fee Earner if they
do not know who to speak to. She will be pleased to take
messages and can also book appointments for clients to attend
our offices and meet with Fee Earners.
With over 40 years of Secretarial experience
and several years of knowledge of the Conveyancing procedure
herself, Marilyn is also Personal Assistant to Julie Keates.
This enables Marilyn to update clients quickly, allowing
Julie to continue the hard work involved in each Conveyancing
transaction.
