This falls within 2 possible areas:-
- People who own Leasehold property and have an obligation to pay
service charges and ground rent to a Freeholder (otherwise known as
a Landlord);
- or people who rent property and need advice in relation to a Tenancy
Agreement.

law in relation to service charges and whether you are a Lessee or a Lessor,
we can advise you fully when problems arise either with regard to a demand
or the collection of service charges.. The remedy for these types of cases
is inevitably found in the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal and our Fee Earners
can advise you on the rights and remedies which may be available to you.
If you are a Landlord or a Tenant of a rental property,
we can advise you as to the terms of your Tenancy Agreement; the service
or receipt of a Notice to Quit; and possession proceedings, should you
be a Landlord wishing to gain possession of your property or if you are
a Tenant facing eviction.
