Beena qualified as a Solicitor in March 2009 after having carried out her training at a West End firm gaining experience in property, litigation and family law. Prior to her qualification she gained extensive experience in property and litigation working in private practice. Since her qualification she specialised in civil and commercial litigation work at another Hertfordshire practice, acting for small and large mutli-national businesses alike undertaking all aspects of litigation, from initial instruction through to settlement or trial. Beena then moved into the in-house sector for around a year, working for a large credit management company, carrying out litigation and debt recovery work for commercial and consumer clients.

Beena joined Maddersons in June 2010 and has continued her work in civil/commercial litigation and debt recovery work. In addition, Beena’s work also includes some aspects of insolvency work including winding up petitions and bankruptcy work.
